The ABCs of Faith
In our spiritual walk it is always important to remember that belief and faith are essential to our life as Christians. Belief in the good news of Christ's resurrection and promise of salvation is the only true hope for the world, yet merely believing is the first step towards our transformation towards God's love. Faith needs to be manifest in our lives as we grow to trust God's call in Christ. When we let go and let God's Holy Spirit work on our hearts, then His Kingdom will be truly manifested in both this world and in the new world to come. Our works of mercy and love is a testament to our true faith as St. James wrote, "Faith without works is dead."(James 2:14)
